What new thinking did I take away from class today?

I am very excited about this class. I am looking forward to learning about all of the new technology that is available to teachers to use in their classrooms. I feel pretty comfortable with technology and want to see how teachers can use the technology that students are accustom to in the classroom. I know from having children that they are very interested in their technology and how it all works. They show me things that I never knew that their "toys" could do. If teachers use student's interests to their advantage, students should be more motivated to learn in the classroom.
